Return Policy for CarLiftWord
At CarLiftWord, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy that provides peace of mind. Please read our return policy below for full details.
The first return of one or multiple returnable items for EVERY order is free! To avoid additional shipping costs and minimize the environmental impact of multiple returns, we suggest that you select the items you wish to return together.
The return window for most items is 90 days from the date of purchase. All eligible items can be returned within the return window in their original condition for a full refund.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The item must not be damaged, altered, or assembled.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
Final sale items: Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
Custom or special order products: Any items specifically made to order for you.
Opened or used products: If the product has been opened or used (unless defective).
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at Carliftword@hotmail.com within 90 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Be sure to include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original box or packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
Return Shipping: Once you receive your RA number, send the item back to the address provided by our support team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please indicate this when you contact us. Once we receive your returned item, we will send the replacement item to you. Shipping charges for the exchanged item may apply.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you. Be sure to retain the original packaging and take photos of any damage or defects to help speed up the resolution process.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item.
